Well, if you're one of the more intelligent species on this planet, you'll be askin' yourself some technical questions about this site. Here follows a flabbergastingly cool list of details which will blow your mind:
- All hand-coded in HTML (using TextPad on PC and BBEdit on Mac) - GoLive eat your heart out (see point below)
- Navigation all styled in CSS (don't you just love it - no images!!!)
- The URL "dw.mirrorz.com" redirects to "www26.brinkster.com/danwhite" and hides the real URL «---- NB: this is uncool, but it's free!
- The site looks great in IE5 and up, both on Mac and PC. It also looks nearly as great on IE4 PC. It looks pants on Netscape 4 PC, but who cares! Opera looks kinda funny - but it's usable... The world uses IE - so live with it!
- All layout is done using DIVs, God's gift to web designers
- If you can think of anything else, send me an email
- And finally... (for Diego's benefit) ... all images are created and optimised using Adobe Photoshop and ImageReady.
NB. Adobe GoLive versions 4 and 5 are CRAP! Code-killer!
